Opportunities for Sponsors

Sponsorship opportunities are principally addressed, to renowned technology and education companies and organizations, thus reflecting the status of ITS2020 Sponsors. Other companies and organisations are welcome to sponsor the conference depending on their interest in the filed, as well as on the visibility they can enjoy via the ITS2020 website and the on-site events.

Benefits for ITS2020 Sponsors

ITS2020 Sponsors can gain many benefits depending on the type and size of sponsorship. In general Sponsors will:

  • Get acknowledgement and network with renowned and influential scientists in the field of Intelligent Tutoring Systems from all over the world
  • Present their company’s services and products to established opinion leaders and potential clients
  • Explore potential partnerships with universities, research centers and educational institutions represented at the Conference
  • Explore potential cooperation with the Institute of Intelligent Systems (iis-international.org) and/or other relevant bodies participating in the Conference on future research projects
  • Explore potential business cooperation with other companies active in the above fields.

Sponsorship Types

There are two types of sponsorships proposed for the ITS2020 Conference, but other types proposed by potential Sponsors will be equally considered.

Type A. Sponsorships can be provided in kind i.e. provision of necessary Conference material/equipment

Type B. Sponsorships can take the form of a financial contribution to cover distinct Conference costs.

Sponsorships may cover part or the whole of a range of categories, such as the proceedings, prizes and awards, coffee breaks and lunches, as well as the reception cocktail party.

Rewards for ITS2020 Sponsors

All sponsors will be presented with special thanks during the opening and the closing session of the Conference. Furthermore, all sponsors will be invited to the Conference Gala and equally addressed with special thanks.

Sponsorship level 1 – For the total sponsorship amount of up to 2.000 euros the Sponsor’s logo will be visible on:

  • On the banners in the reception hall and in the Conference halls
  • On the Conference programme, the Conference material, on the Conference website

Sponsorship level 2 – For the total sponsorship amount between 2.100 and 5.000 euros the Sponsor’s logo will be visible:

  • On banners in the reception hall and in the Conference halls
  • On the Conference programme, the Conference material, on the Conference website
  • On the Participants ID-Cards
  • In the Conference proceedings

Additionally, sponsors at this level will have the opportunity to send a representative to the ITS 20120 Conference free of charge.

Sponsorship level 3 – For the total sponsorship amount above 5.100 euros the Sponsor’s logo will be visible:

  • On banners in the reception hall and in the Conference halls
  • On the Conference programme, the Conference material, on the Conference website
  • On the Participants ID-Cards
  • In the Conference proceedings
  • In addition, level 3 Sponsors will have the possibility:
    • to settle their own stand/booth in the reception hall during the whole Conference, as long as they organize personnel / technical equipment themselves
    • to make a brief address at the banquet reception through their representative

Additionally, sponsors at this level will have the opportunity to send a representative to the ITS2020 Conference free of charge.

Bank Account Details

In case a sponsor would like to cover a specific Conference expenditure, this can be done in coordination and in agreement with the Conference Organizer and the supplier, who would receive the amount directly by the sponsor.

Sponsorships in form of financial contributions can be effectuated via bank transfer to the Conference Organizer NEOANALYSIS Bank account, unless agreed upon otherwise.
